摘要: There is an accumulating body of evidence indicating association between inflammation and the pathogenesis coronary vasospastic angina (CVA). Interleukin-6 (IL-6) a pleiotropic cytokine, functions as mediator inflammatory response has both pro-inflammatory anti-inflammatory properties. The aim present study to investigate -634C/G polymorphism IL-6 gene with CVA in Han Chinese. A total 27 patients 232 healthy controls were eligible for this study. PCR-based restriction fragment length (PCR-RFLP) technique was used assess genotypes frequencies. distribution (CC, CG, GG) 59.48%, 37.07%, 3.45% controls, 37.04%, 48.15%, 14.81% group, respectively (P = 0.0080). frequency G allele group significantly higher than that control (38.89% vs 21.98%, P 0.0057). Compared wild type CC, carriers (CG + GG genotypes) had increased risk unadjusted adjusted analyses. These findings suggest associated independent
