摘要: The aim of this study was to manufacture and evaluate the effect a biphasic calcium silicophosphate (CSP) scaffold ceramic, coated with natural demineralized bone matrix (DBM), efficiency novel ceramic material in regeneration. DBM-coated CSP made by coating gel DBM, produced partial sintering different-sized porous granules. These scaffolds were used reconstruct defects rabbit tibiae, where acted as control material. Micro-CT histological analyses performed new formation at 1, 3, 5 months post-surgery. present research results showed correlation among data obtained micro-CT histomorphological results, gradual disintegration biomaterial, presence free fragments dispersed inside medullary cavity occupied hematopoietic marrow over 5-month period. No difference found between uncoated implants. tissue implants increased implantation time. Slightly less observed samples, but it not statistically significant. Both gave excellent responses good osteoconductivity.
