摘要: We present a comparative study on numerical models used to predict the absorption enhancement in thin-film solar cells due presence of structured back-reflectors exciting, at specific wavelengths, hybrid plasmonic-photonic resonances. To evaluate effectiveness analyzed models, they have been applied case study: starting from U-shaped textured glass thin-film, µc-Si:H successfully fabricated. The fabricated cells, with different intrinsic layer thicknesses, morphologically, optically and electrically characterized. experimental results successively compared predictions. found that, contrast basic based underlying schematics cell, taking into account real morphology device, are able effectively performances terms both optical short-circuit current values.
