摘要: We present a combined experimental and theoretical study of the guiding, bending filtering acoustic waves in an ultrasonic crystal. The crystal consists two-dimensional periodical array steel rods immersed water, for wich complete band gap extending from 240 to 325 kHz is found experimentally. Waveguides are further created by removing line defect, on which stubs can be added side-walls waveguide. Full transmission observed one-period-wide straight waveguide within full-band-gap perfect phononic crystal, i.e. aperture smaller than one wavelength. Waveguiding over wide frequency range also obtained with two sharp 90° bends. Finite-difference time-domain computations good agreement measurements all configurations.
