摘要: We present a microfluidic method leading to accurate measurements of the mutual diffusion coefficient liquid binary mixture over whole solute concentration range in single experiment. This fully exploits solvent pervaporation through poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) membrane obtain steady gradient within channel. Our is applicable for solutes which cannot permeate PDMS, and requires activity density full as input parameters. demonstrate accuracy our methodology by measuring water (1) + glycerol (2) mixture, from using Raman confocal spectroscopy pervaporation-induced flow particle tracking velocimetry. article protected copyright.
