摘要: In laser cutting process, thermal stress is formed around the cut edges, which becomes important for geometries having corners. present study, of triangular shape in aluminum foam carried out. Temperature and fields are predicted using a finite element method line with experimental conditions. Metallurgical morphological changes sections examined incorporating scanning electron microscope (SEM) energy-dispersive spectroscopy. It found that free from defects such as sideways burning large-scale burrs. von Mises high corners triangular-shaped workpieces.
