摘要: Aim To investigate expression of cell cycle-related and expression-elevated protein in tumor (CREPT) colorectal cancer (CRC) determine its prognostic value response to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU). Methods The relative CREPT CRC samples was determined using immunohistochemistry. content lines analyzed by immunoblotting. Cell viability measured with the CCK-8 assay. cycle apoptosis analyses were performed flow cytometry. Results overexpressed tissues correlated histological grade. Clinicopathological analysis indicated that positively related progression. Exogenous stimulated proliferation accelerated cycle. More importantly, high sensitized cells 5-FU treatment. Furthermore, we demonstrated elicited significant CREPT-positive cells. Conclusion Aberrant overexpression contributes tumorigenesis promoting accelerating cycle, confers sensitivity 5-FU. is a potential biomarker for CRC.
