摘要: Orthophosphate monoesters often constitute a significant fraction of total phosphorus in lake sediments. The knowledge on the specific composition and recalcitrance these compounds is however limited. main aim was therefore to identify quantify orthophosphate sediment from 15 Danish lakes by solution (31)P NMR spectroscopy. four most quantitatively important were myo-inositol hexakisphosphate (myo-IP(6)), scyllo-inositol (scyllo-IP(6)) α-glycerophosphate (α-GP) β-glycerophosphate (β-GP). identified 9, 4, 8 all lakes, respectively. In components made up 46-100% monoester pool. glycerophosphates (GPs) are likely degradation products phospholipids, created as an artifact alkaline extraction procedure used for spectroscopy, while inositol hexakisphosphates (IPs) naturally occurring compounds. There positive correlation between myo-IP(6) aluminium negative water pH, suggesting that stabilized adsorption at slightly acidic or neutral conditions. three depth distribution investigated. content scyllo-IP(6) constant with two decreased one lakes. cases IPs seem be preserved higher extent than diesters especially GPs can sink ecosystem least delay P-recycling years.
