摘要: This study was designed to determine the susceptibility of implanted cardiac arrhythmia devices electromagnetic interference in and around a magnetically levitated linear motor car [High-Speed Surface Transport (HSST)]. During study, were connected phantom model that had similar characteristics human body. Three pacemakers from three manufacturers one implantable cardioverter–defibrillator (ICD) evaluated vehicle. The system is based on normal conductive by attractive force magnets propelled induction without wheels. magnetic field strength at 40 cm vehicle nonlevitating state 0.12 mT during levitation 0.20 mT. electric strengths seat close variable voltage/variable frequency inverter while moving rest 0.13 mT, 2.95 V/m 0.04 0.36 V/m, respectively. Data recorded reactor 0.09 2.45 0.05 1.46 Measured both inside outside too low result device inactivation. No sensing, pacing, or arrhythmic interactions noted with any pacemaker ICD programmed either bipolar unipolar configurations. In conclusion, our data suggest permanent programming change failure unlikely occur probably safe for patients four used this under conditions tested.
