摘要: The cellular mechanisms underlying the synthesis and breakdown of highly specific protein structures are basic interest in many branches biological study. But, despite varied attacks which have been made on problems metabolism, biochemical mechanisms, especially those concerned synthesis, remain uncertain or obscure. With particular regard to metabolism higher plants, valuable reviews given by Petrie (1943), McKee (1949), Street Wood (1953), Steward Thompson (1954) Webster (1955).
