摘要: Desoctapeptide-insulin was prepared by tryptic digestion of insulin and readily purified chromatography in urea-containing buffers on columns DEAE-Sephadex. The preparation highly as judged electrophoretic amino acid analyses. biologic activity desoctapeptide-insulin found to be less than 0.2 I.U./mg mouse convulsion assay, the immunologic reactivity quantitative immune hemolysis about 1% that a standard insulin.
