摘要: The subungual exostosis is a benign bone tumor on the distal phalanx of digit, beneath or adjacent to nail, often bringing in discussion many differential diagnosis. We present 14-year-old boy with cutaneous nodular lesion, painful easy touch latero-internal half nail right big toe extension part this. He suffered treatments, especially cauterization, but recurrence. In present, radiological findings affected finger and histopathological ones from fragment excised confirmed diagnosis exostosis. local excision entire region removal cartilaginous cap has been followed by silent period without recurrences almost two years when he as revised.
