摘要: The current investigation was carried out to analyse the genetic diversity estimates between 125 chickpea genotypes using sequence-tagged microsatellite (STMS) markers. Thirty one STMS primers generated a total of 153 loci (an average 4.94 per primer) which 129 were found be polymorphic and 24 monomorphic. value PIC varied from 0.128 0.783 while the resolving power 0.912 4.768. UPGMA generated dendrogram showed grouping of all 125 chickpea cultivars into two major clusters small cluster. An unbiased clustering of genotypes based on STRUCTURE program, without prior knowledge about populations, clustered all three groups. Percentage polymorphic POPGENE analysis was 50.98, 58.82 96.73 for susceptible, resistant miscellaneous genotypes, respectively. Genetic analysis in terms Shannon’s index Nei’s gene resistant, susceptible, revealed higher values cultivars, indicating more variability among these comparison susceptible cultivars. AMOVA results groups 10 90%, respectively, estimated gene flow 6.117. overall (0.238) information (0.372) indicated high degree polymorphism by molecular So, genetic divergence can provide useful indications understanding species relationships may help developing effective breeding programs. Keywords : Cicer arietinum , polymorphism, markers, variance, gene flow.
