Long Persistence in Sr/BaAl2O4: Eu2+: Dy3+ Green Phosphor

摘要: Solid solution of barium strontium aluminate, Sr/BaAl2O4: Eu2+ co-doped with Dy3+ was prepared by solid state reaction method. The phosphor compositions varying were investigated powder X-ray diffractometer (XRD), SEM, TEM and photoluminescence (PL) excitation emission spectra. Long persistent luminescence observed in these materials. broad band UV excited the Sr/BaAl2O4:Eu2+:Dy3+ green region (λmax = 500 nm) due to transitions from 4f65d1 4f7 configuration ion. Effects co-doping on properties investigated.
