摘要: Abstract Background While macro and meso approaches to implementing public health initiatives in community pharmacies have been studied, the micro perspective of their pharmacist providers requires more inspection. Community pharmacists report increasing stress, overload, limited control over facets work. 1 , 2 3 4 5 6 7 Social exchange principles, e.g. role price, may help typify work decisions so problematic situations can be modified, thus protecting workforce health. Methods In April 2020, journal articles describing measuring responses were identified from an online search via Scopus, Web Science PubMed. English-language after 1990 selected; duplicates deleted. Inclusion exclusion criteria screen title/abstracts full texts. Reference lists manually searched. Resultant analysed for theoretical compatibility. Results After review, 26 separate found: seven psychological instruments, 14 social response five instruments. Role stresses often present as facet-specific dimensions Strain individual evaluation compatible with approach. Conclusions Twenty-six found negative outcomes perspective. Structural measurement resultant enable detailed examination into roles insights behaviour. Further research is required develop additional discover benefits influence.
