Fuzzy stabilizers tuned by genetic algorithm in order to improve Power System oscillation damping

摘要: When several fuzzy logic stabilizers work simultaneously in a power system, their tuning is often mandatory. In this paper an optimization problem formulated to achieve aim and genetic algorithm proposed solve it. Genetic algorithms are the only practicable way when not smooth one cannot be solved with conventional techniques. The numerical results obtained on test system prove effectiveness of approach.
