摘要: ABSTRACT Libraries have made significant investments in computer resources and infrastructure. They now incur the costs of supporting an array systems across workflows for print, licensed, digital materials. Similarly, libraries fragmented presences on Web, where they must compete with search engines other information meeting needs people. The Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) is building its next generation services computing cloud, applications data are stored Internet rather than a local computer, can use application without having to worry about technology.
