摘要: Anterograde episodic memory was assessed in a cohort of 33 patients with early dementia Alzheimer type (DAT) and 30 matched controls using immediate delayed prose recall, the CERAD word learning test recently developed doors people visual verbal recall recognition. DAT showed markedly impaired on all three measures, little evidence cumulation information across trials. Patients more forgetting than list, but detailed analysis suggested that this differential loss attributable to contribution primary not recall. No differences rate were observed test. Scaled scores used derive recall-recognition index, together measure material-specific based ratio deficits. There no for sensitivity over recognition, implying deficit is one learning, rather retrieval learned material. Although individuals varied relative degree impairment memory, there general tendency material-specificity. It concluded nature primarily reflects accelerated or disrupted retrieval.
