摘要: In quality-of-life research an empirical phenomenon has been observed independently in medicine and the social sciences which is so contrary to what intuition tells us that it called paradoxical. "satisfaction paradox" "well-being paradox". What meant both cases objectively negative factors one's life have relatively little effect on subjective quality of life. present paper examples are given relevant findings from fields. An attempt then made explain phenomenon, with topic being examined not only a methodological but also personality, cognition psychology perspective. Finally, implications for clinical work discussed.
