摘要: Abstract The present paper deals with the analysis of time-average relative humidity fields in atmosphere. Twice-daily estimates are used. After some theoretical considerations on relations between humidity, other moisture parameters, and temperature, a critical various sources data is made considering their possible limitations. Various methods computing formulated discussed. global distribution at levels shows that it not zonally uniform centers intensities all latitudes. maps show maxima equatorial zone minima dry subtropical belts around 30°N 30°S. land–sea contrast variations related to orographic relief also apparent. general pattern similar but its magnitude decreases altitude. seasonal analyses as annual slightly ...
