摘要: An experimental study of current-induced magnetization reversal the Ru/Co/Ru and Ru/Co/Ru/W structures was carried out. In considered structures, due to small value coercive force comparable in magnitude Oersted field SOT effect field, is out by moving a domain wall parallel direction current injection. For such case, new method for estimating effective based on analysis position taking into account distribution proposed. This allowed determining longitudinal efficiency equal 0.03 quasi-symmetric structure. It found that adding W capping layer enhances 5 times.
