摘要: Lateral compartmentalization of the plasma membrane into domains is a key feature immune cell activation and subsequent effector functions. Here, we will review high diversity domains, ranging from elementary lipid rafts, envisioned as dynamic small (in tens nm), to relatively stable μm-scale which form immunologic synapse T lymphocytes. We discuss relationship between these different types how raft lipid- protein-controlled interactions biological processes cooperate generate functional that mediate lymphocyte activity.
