摘要: Aerobic and anaerobic fecal bacterial flora of normal newborn infants, preterm infants without other health problems five groups treated with combinations benzylpenicillin, cloxacillin, flucloxacillin, ampicillin, cefuroxime, cefoxitin gentamicin were compared. Preterm birth alone was associated growth Klebsiella which could be attributed to a higher rate cesarean section in than term infants. All antibiotic regimens led pronounced suppression overgrowth but not gram-negative aerobic bacteria. A slight colonization Clostridium difficile perfringens occurred. Disturbances the intestinal microbial ecology can expected after by and/or treatment antibiotics, including some penicillins that are usually regarded as relatively harmless this respect adults.
