摘要: Background: A sphenoethmoidal cell is a posterior ethmoid that pneumatises superiorly and/or laterally to the sphenoid sinus. Disease within such may cause visual symptoms because of close relationship optic nerve. Case reports: This paper reports four cases chronic rhinosinusitis involving cell, two with loss. The management discussed and current literature reviewed. Conclusion: Pathology must be considered in neuropathy. presence these cells relevant even seemingly uncomplicated as they are associated higher rate nerve protrusion dehiscence.
