摘要: The hemimetabolous termites have a very different caste system from social Hymenoptera in which only true imagoes participate all tasks. In termites, the are restricted to reproduction. termite solidiers no equivalent other insects. They unique both their post-embryonic development and exclusively defensive function. At maturity they keep molting gland therefore should be considered as stabilized, differentiated immatures. appeared monophyletically, early evolution of termites.
