摘要: Abstract Objective To explore the correlation between contents of serum transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) acute radiation pneumonitis (RP) in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total 138 non-small cell cancer receiving three-dimensional conformal therapy our hospital from May 2012 to October 2015 were selected as research objects. According presence or absence RP process radiotherapy, those divided into group non detect TGF-β1 IL-6 serum. Results Before there was no significant difference group. At weeks 2, 4, 6, 8 10 after all higher than Differences each time point radiotherapy two groups had statistical significance (P  Conclusions In increase is closely related occurrence RP.
