摘要: Abstract The issue of the construct validity personality test item response latencies was addressed using a sample 92 university undergraduates responding to 800 items measuring five dimensions. Response were statistically adjusted remove extraneous sources variance and aggregated within dimension personality. Analyses on these resulting mean indicated appropriate levels internal consistency reliability, convergent with self- peer-generated reports corresponding dimensions, discriminant scores noncorresponding dimensions personaluty. Results interpreted as indicating that can possess validity. Implications suggestions for further research are discussed.
