摘要: The effects of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, flurbiprofen, and its nitro-derivative, nitroflurbiprofen, on inducible nitric oxide synthase in rat neutrophils were examined. Nitroflurbiprofen was shown to inhibit induction caused by lipopolysaccharide administration, while flurbiprofen had no effect induction. This inhibitory action may be ascribed released from nitroflurbiprofen.
