摘要: Purpose The increase of flexible employment in European labour markets has contributed to workers’ risk job loss. For sick-listed workers with chronic illnesses, such as cancer, and especially those without an contract, participation therapeutic work may be important step towards paid employment. purpose this study was determine the role facilitator for return work, a cohort cancer survivors (CSs) contract. Methods In longitudinal study, data were used from Dutch CSs (N = 192), who applied disability benefits after 2 years sick leave. primary outcome measure 1 year. Logistic regression analysis applied.
