摘要: Clinical factors, demographic variables and variations in two genes, CYP2C9 VKORC1, have been shown to contribute the variability warfarin dose requirements among adult patients. Less is known about their relative importance for children. A few small studies reported, but results conflicting, especially regarding impact of genotypes. In this article, we critically review published pharmacogenetic-based prediction models dosing children, present from a head-to-head comparison predictive performance distinct cohort warfarin-treated Finally discuss what properties model should have, knowledge gaps need be filled, improve therapy children all ages.
