摘要: Nanocarriers are the small molecules with capability of adhering to or pass through cell membrane and deliver genes, peptides, growth factors toxins living cells. They form an extremely important part gene delivery molecular therapeutics. Besides viral modes delivery, cationic carrier (e.g., liposome polymers) that non-covalent complexes DNA constitute a major class nanocarriers. Although relatively less efficient than systems, have inherent advantage flexibility safety. Their derivatives in conjugation functional such as, proteins, antibodies been focus generate nanocarriers low toxicity, high stability, efficiency cell-specific targeting features. In this chapter, we discuss use internalizing against mortalin protein as Internalizing anti-mortalin was employed for (i) internalization nanoparticles (quantum dots, QD) illuminating cells (ii) delivery. Furthermore, polymer polyethylenimine (PEI) antibody complex shown enhance specifically cancer thus enabling latter serve novel cancer-targeting nanocarrier.
