摘要: The purpose of current study is to produce groundwater qanat potential map using frequency ratio (FR) and Shannon's entropy (SE) models in the Moghan watershed, Khorasan Razavi Province, Iran. basically a horizontal, interconnected series underground tunnels that accumulate deliver from mountainous source district, along water- bearing formation (aquifer), settlement. A locations was prepared for area 2013 based on topographical at 1:50,000-scale extensive field surveys. 53 were detected 70 % (38 locations) used mapping 30 (15 validation. Fourteen effective factors considered this investigation such as slope degree, aspect, altitude, topographic wetness index (TWI), stream power (SPI), length (LS), plan curvature, profile distance rivers, faults, lithology, land use, drainage density, fault density. Using above conditioning factors, generated implementing FR SE models, results plotted ArcGIS. predictive capability determined by under relative operating characteristic curve. curve (AUC) model calculated 0.8848. Also AUC 0.9121, which depicts excellence occurrence estimation area. So has higher than model. produced maps can assist planners engineers development plans use planning.
