摘要: ABSTRACT Dairy goat kid rearing is the foundation of future milk production, yet little known on this topic. References available to producers are limited, making it more difficult for dairy farms reach their full production potential. This review paper aimed identify current recommendations practices intensive systems and assess whether different were based scientific literature. Recommendations practices, from birth weaning inclusively, presented compared between countries under similar systems, including Canada, United States, France. The areas investigated included kidding management, colostrum liquid solid feeding, health disbudding, housing, weaning, growth monitoring. Gaps in literature identified all except disbudding. More research topic raising would be beneficial refine validate recommendations.
