摘要: Big data analytics and plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) are the important elements of smart grids in future. This paper introduces a data-driven charging strategy for PEV-based taxis, where driving behaviors taxis load profiles buildings characterized by analysis to make risk-averse decision on PEV charging. First, framework driven is introduced, stochastic game model proposed. Specifically, pricing mechanism-based cost conditional value-at-risk (CVaR) measurement used determine objective function each PEV. Then, existence generalized Nash equilibrium its seeking algorithm studied. The convergence also given. Second, big statistical information about profile presented applying various process techniques. Finally, performance method numerically illustrated case study via real global positioning system 490 meter from local commercial buildings.
