摘要: Abstract Cobalt–chromium–molybdenum (CoCrMo) alloys are widely applied as wear-resistant material. This article aims to illustrate the influence of phase constitution and precipitate morphology on wear behavior hot-pressed high carbon alloys. Wear two kinds CoCrMo alloys, HP (hot-pressed) HPA (hot-pressed+annealing) with various microstructure, hardness surface topography were evaluated in detail. The e dominant alloy homogenous lamellar precipitates demonstrates higher hardness, consequently lower coefficient friction prominent resistance mild sliding wear. In contrary, γ carbide-free grains was characterized by abrasive micro grooves. matrix strengthened is more significant affect than hardening. Homogenous have a stand-out effect block abrasion accumulate tribochemical products.
