摘要: Abstract Waste heat recovery and utilization is critical to cut CO2 emissions in industry. Extrusion a generic process used produce many different goods from various raw materials. We describe the current state of polymer compounding extrusion factory its energy flows processes. Currently, no waste common. Thus, we developed completely new Energy Efficient Factory concept based on an insulated hot water bath, high temperature pump latent storage enabling extensive within processes as well space heating. outline our great detail, main technological components including simulations present experimental results real demonstration at company Geba Kunststofftechnik St. Veit, Austria. Finally, perform economical calculations for fictitious but archetypal show that return investment can be less than three years.
