摘要: Abstract Rosemary essential oil is composed of key components used in pharmaceutical and cosmetics products worldwide. Among several found rosemary oil, it can be simplified by a mixture α-pinene, eucalyptol, camphor. Aiming an enhanced product quality, the separation eucalyptol camphor from α-pinene was evaluated employing ethanol + water mixtures as solvents. For that, liquid-liquid equilibrium data systems α-pinene + eucalyptol + camphor + ethanol + water at T = (298.2 ± 0.1) K were thus assessed. Thermophysical properties phases density, viscosity, surface tension, interfacial tension also evaluated. Increased water amount solvent caused decreased distribution coefficients, but higher selectivity thermophysical properties. oxygenated compounds terpene phase led to density viscosity values, lower tension. Binary interaction parameters NRTL adjusted experimental empirical equations described satisfactorily compositions properties, with relative deviations 0.73% for NRTL, 0.006% 0.22% 5.78% 5.88%
