摘要: In this paper we present a new diffusion-based method for the delineation of coastlines from space-borne polarimetric SAR imagery coastal urban areas. Both filtering and speckle reducing anisotropic diffusion (SRAD) are exploited to generate base image where is reduced edges enhanced. The primary edge information then derived using instantaneous coefficient variation detector. Next, resulting parsed by watershed transform, which partitions into disjoint segments division lines between collocated with detected edges. over-segmentation problem associated transform solved region merging technique that combines neighbouring similar radar brightness. As result, undesired boundary eliminated true correctly delineated. proposed algorithm has been applied dataset, demonstrating ...
