摘要: The Indo-French Centre for Groundwater Research (IFCGR) has carried out intensive research understanding the structure and functioning of hard rock aquifers in granitic area by taking a small watershed at Maheshwaram, RR Dist Andhra Pradesh developed number specific techniques during five years aquifer characterization, groundwater balance both global discretized including technique “Double Water Table Fluctuation (DWTF)” (Marechal et al., 2005), well suited arid semi-arid areas to improve resource management aquifers. This method been implemented pilot 53 km2 area, representative Southern Indian catchment terms overexploitation climate, cropping pattern, rural socio-economic context, etc. Between June 2001 2004 three annual water budgets have prepared. It is observed that balances “bad” “good” monsoon could more or less be counterbalanced, negative normal inducing depletion about 1 m/year due consecutive deficit rainfall years. Due this, long, medium, short-term, drastic problems will inexorably occur if any realistic solution not found. Therefore, it now essential policy makers equipped with accurate predictive tools simulating table coming order better guide their future actions total coherence.
