摘要: Microcasting is one of the key technologies enable manufacture small structures in micrometer range or larger parts carrying microstructures by using a metal melt which cast into microstructured mold. Microcasting, generally identified with investment casting process, known as lost-wax, lost-mold technique. A main step micro making disposable patterns have sufficient mechanical strength and dimensional accuracy. In this study review on available microfabrication methods to produce such has been down possible processes compared order select best process.
