摘要: Series of lithium and magnesium oxide modified borate glasses compositions 30Li2O – (70 x) B2O3 xDy2O3 where 0 = x 1 mol % (LB:Dy), 20Li2O 10MgO (70-x) 0.3 (LMB:Dy) (69.5 0.5Dy2O3 xP2O5 0.5 2 (LMB:Dy,P) were prepared using melt-quenching method. The present study was performed with the aim improving thermoluminescence (TL) properties glass. glass samples characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD) differential thermal analysis (DTA). room temperature photoluminescence (PL) emission spectra series at 350 nm excitation consist two peaks centered 481 573 corresponding to transitions (4F9/2 ? 6H15/2) 6H13/2), respectively. TL glow curves LB:Dy (0.5 %) revealed a single prominent peak maximum (Tm) 190 °C. An enhancement response about 1.4 times observed presence MgO as second modifier borate. addition P2O5 co-dopant into LMB:Dy enhanced intensity factor 2.2, increase concentration up quenching effects occurred beyond this value. LMB:Dy,P found have good effective atomic number (Zeff=9.05), linear dose 100 Gy showed higher compared LB:Dy. fading characteristic that has lower trap parameters, including order kinetics, activation energy (E) frequency (s) for also determined. In conclusion, potential material radiation monitoring measurement.
