摘要: La filiere HgCdTe en France. SOFRADIR se situe au premier rang mondial pour la production de detecteurs InfraRouge (IR) dits seconde generation. Ce succes est du a qualite exceptionnelle technologie francaise basee sur le materiau HgCdTe. Cette permet plans focaux constitues d'un circuit detection et lecture/multiplexage qui, beneficiant des progres technologies silicium, aujourd'hui realise CMOS. ses principaux produits sont presentes dans cet article. Enfin, repondre aux besoins futurs systemes IR, avec CEA-LETI/LIR preparent troisieme generation IR toujours bases mais fabriques par epitaxie jets moleculaire. Pour citer article : P. Tribolet, C.
