摘要: Abstract A case of Wenckebach periods is reported which was atypical in two respects. (1) The greatest increment A-V conduction time occurred the last beat group. (2) pauses between groups conducted beats were due more often to atrial rather than ventricular intermissions. Atrial intermissions invariably tied an abrupt, marked increase preceding beat. Both phenomena, and abrupt prolongation immediately intermission, are explained by vagus effect. They abolished action atropine.
