摘要: The worldwide aircraft/airspace system (AAS) is faced with a large increase in air traffic the coming decades, yet many flights already experience delays. AAS comprised of different agents, such as aircraft, airlines, and control units. Technology development will make all agents more intelligent; hence, there be an increasing overlap declarative functions agents. This paper describes basis for Intelligent Aircraft/Airspace System (IAAS) that provides improved performance, redundancy, safety by utilizing overlapping capabilities Principled Negotiation between allows to benefit from multiple independent analyses same situation. Multi-attribute utility theory decision trees are used analyzing behavior types modeled rule-based expert systems whose side-effects procedural reflexive agent. negotiation also side-effect systems' functions. A hierarchical organization IAAS proposed facilitate maintain clear lines authority.
