摘要: Das Risiko fur Kolitis-assoziierte Neoplasien und Darmkrebs ist bei Patienten mit Colitis ulcerosa erhoht. Hierbei offenbar die mukosale Entzundung der Schrittmacher Karzinogenese steuert das Tumorwachstum. Die unterscheiden sich genetisch molekular von sporadischen Neoplasien. Kolitisneoplasien wachsen oft flach im Schleimhautniveau multifokal. Spezielle endoskopische Techniken wie Chromoendoskopie verbessern Detektion dieser flachen Lasionen. Eine effektive antiinflammatorische Therapie kann wahrscheinlich Krebsrisiko senken.
