摘要: The purpose of this investigation was to examine the effects autonomic neurohormones, cyclic nucleotides, and related agents on immunologic discharge lysosomal enzymes from, phagocytosis by, purified human neutrophils. In order discern possible intracellular mechanisms by which certain neurohormones influence neutrophil function, concentrations AMP GMP in neutrophils were assessed during cell contact with phagocytizable particles agents. model system employed for study interaction rheumatoid arthritic (RA) serum-treated zymosan at 37°C a neutral, balanced salt solution containing glucose. Neutrophils ingested discharged s-glucuronidase but not lactate dehydrogenase activity 30 min incubation. Treatment RA serum more effective than treatment normal regard extent both particle uptake enzyme release. During epinephrine, isoproterenol, inhibited ingestion discharge.
