摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: We assessed the efficacy of modified technique retroperitoneal ureterolithotomy for managing ureteral stones.Materials and Methods: Between December 1999 March 2002, 31 patients underwent ureterolithotomy. In most cases only 3 ports (a 10 mm., 2 5 mm. in a few 2, mm.) were used without any stent or catheter. The stone was removed from primary port site, while visualizing retrieval through 3/5 using fine laparoscope. Ureterotomy closure performed by intracorporeal interrupted sutures 4-zero polyglactin. Results: 20 males 11 females had mean age 38.5 years. Mean operative time 67 minutes hospital stay 2.4 days. analgesic requirement 42.2 mg. meperidine. followup 8 months. There no significant postoperative complications except persistent urine leakage 48 hours after surgery. An internal placed subsided consequences.Conclusions:...
