摘要: Haploid callus cultures of selected races Lycopersicon (tomato) species can be obtained from anther culture. This is a further demonstration proposed general method haploid culture developed with Arabidopsis thaliana. Differentiation esculentum controlled both in the dark and light by hormones added to defined minimal media. Development plantlets achieved only light. Callus cells induced develop into seedless pseudo-fruits. Chromosome counts on or root-tip establishes haploidy (n=12).
