摘要: Malignant gliomas are a group of aggressive neoplasms among human cancers. The curative effects current treatments finite for improving the prognosis patients. Hyperthermia (HT) is an effective treatment cancers; however, HT with different temperatures in MG and relevant mechanisms remain unclear. MTT assay Annexin V‑fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodide staining were used investigating proliferation apoptosis C6 cells, respectively. Western blotting was applied to detect expression proteins. Ultrasonography employed evaluate tumor formation rate, growth angiogenesis rate degree hardness tumors in vivo. authors certified that 42‑46˚C x 1 h, 1 t could inhibit proliferation, promote apoptosis, reduce tumors, ischemic tolerance anoxic tolerance, have synergy temozolomide cells. Long‑term (43˚C t/5 d, 90 d) did not cut down sensitivity cells HT, sustainably inhibited Furthermore, proved produced these primarily through inhibition EGFR/STAT3/HIF‑1A/VEGF‑A pathway.
