摘要: Wheat straw (Triticum aestivum L.) and oat (Avena sativa were subjected to acid alkaline pre-treatments partly in combination with hydrogen peroxide. The aim was remove lignin increase the accessibility of polysaccharides enzymatic digestion. Accessibility evaluated by digestion a cell wall degrading enzyme complex yield reducing sugars that may serve as precursor substrates for biofuels or building block chemicals. Changes lignin, hemicelluloses, well amorphous, semi-crystalline, crystalline regions cellulose moieties pretreated efficiently characterized Fourier transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) reflectance spectroscopy. These alterations chemical structure after different pre-treatment methods powerfully differentiated principal component analysis (PCA). Characteristics samples owing could be clustered from PCA loadings spectra.
